Glendora is a community and youth development specialist with over twenty years experience in the area. She founded The Lily Foundation for Human Development in 2009 with the aim of facilitating a more holistic human development approach on the island of Tobago through non traditional education.

Lennon is an attorney at law with over ten years experience in youth and community work. She is an avid supporter of educating Tobago's population, particularly the youth. Lennon is keen on working towards keeping young people out of the criminal justice system.

Liselle is a minister of religion and stands out as a non-traditional one at that. She is young, a female, from Tobago, and extremely rooted in community development. Currently based in one of the tougher communities on the island of Trinidad, Liselle is still committed to assisting with the development of Tobago's people.

Janine is accountant. When she started with TLFHD she was a young person without experience in organisations, youth or community etc. After completing sixth form Janine decided to pursue professional qualifications in accounting. Later on she expressed an interest in gaining volunteer experience and agreed to serve on the board.
